Clock with harpist in chased and gilded bronze. The white enamelled dial is signed Bourdon in Lille, it is inscribed in a hunting horn surmounted by a putto on a cloud. It rests on a base with sides cut to the attributes of the music and the putti musicians, the four feet in spinning top (enamel splinters, lectern to be refixed, pendulum brought back). Empire era. High. Width: 43.5 cm - Width: 25.5 cm - Depth: 9 cm. Our clock is illustrated in the book "Encyclopedia of the French clock from the Middle Ages to the 20th century" by Piere KJELLBEERG on page 388.
