Tabriz carpet in silky lambswool velvet on a cotton foundation, decorated with four paintings: - the Blue Mosque of Tabriz, - King Khosro I, who imported Islam into Persia, - the Mosque of Soltanye, - a school in Esfahan. The main columned border includes a swan lake, a scene of hunting wild animals (in homage to the Persian king Bahran, a great hunter), the construction of monuments, representations of Persepolis festivals, lions and stone-carrying figures.
