Withdrawal of a purchased lot :

1. Please note that the Le Floc'h auction house is closed from Saturday December 21, 2024 at 12:00 pm until Wednesday January 1, 2025 INCLUDED.

Deadline for submitting purchase orders and telephone line requests: Wednesday DECEMBER 11th at 4pm.

S.V.V. Guillaume Le Floc'h does not guarantee to accept requests received after this deadline.

Purchase orders below the low estimate will not be accepted.

*We do not guarantee the condition of frames on delivery, unless this is mentioned in the painting's description. However, we will be happy to provide you with further information before the sale.

Storage is free for the first 14 calendar days after the sale date. After this period, storage charges will be applied at the following rates:

- 1€ / 5€ / 10€ / 20€ per day, from the 15th calendar day, depending on the nature of the lot*.

*Very small: jewelry, books, unframed works on paper measuring less than A4

Small: paintings measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, light and small-sized lots.

Medium: paintings measuring over 1.5 m, small and heavy lots

Large: large and heavy lots, and large or multi-lot lots

Any purchase (even if paid for) not collected within one year of the sale will be considered abandoned.
