Credit card debit authorizations given by persons who have not won lots may appear as debits on certain online banking applications until the end of the guarantee period, which is a minimum of 7 days and varies from one bank to another. On "final" monthly bank statements, the deposit will no longer appear if it has not been used.

Withdrawing your lot when you are the winning bidder :

1. lots may be collected from the Saint-Cloud auction house ONLY by appointment via our website from MAY 7 2025 onwards after receiving your adjudication slip.

*The study is at your entire disposal to share its observations on the working condition of the watch mechanisms, but cannot guarantee the level of expertise of a watchmaker.

Specific conditions of sale:

*Gemstones and pearls may have undergone embellishment practices (oiling for emeralds, heat treatment for sapphires or rubies, bleaching for pearls). These enhancements are considered traditional and are accepted by the international gemstone and pearl trade. For this reason, these treatments are not mentioned in the catalog.

*All watches have been tested at the time of writing. Except for the mention of a mechanism "to be overhauled", the watches were functional. However, the accuracy of the movements is not guaranteed, nor is the operation of the watches beyond the date of sale.
