Credit card debit authorizations given prior to the sale or to online auction platforms will be debited for the winning bidders.
Credit card debit authorizations given by persons who have not won lots may appear as debits on certain online banking applications until the end of the guarantee period, which is a minimum of 7 days and varies from one bank to another. On "final" monthly bank statements, the guarantee will no longer appear if it has not been used.
Deadline for purchase orders and telephone line requests: Saturday June 21 before 16h.
S.V.V. Guillaume Le Floc'h does not guarantee to accept requests received after this deadline.
Purchase orders below the low estimate will not be accepted.

*We do not guarantee the condition of the frames on delivery, unless this is mentioned in the picture sheet. However, we will be happy to provide you with further information before the sale.
Storage is free for the first 14 calendar days after the sale date. After this period, storage charges will be applied at the following rates:
- 1€ / 5€ / 10€ / 20€ per day, from the 15th calendar day, depending on the nature of the lot*.
*Very small: jewelry, books, unframed works on paper measuring less than A4
Small: paintings measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, light and small-sized lots.
Medium: paintings measuring over 1.5 m, small and heavy lots
Large: large and heavy lots, and large or multi-lot lots
All purchases (even if paid for) not collected within one year of the sale will be considered abandoned.
*Gemstones and pearls may have undergone embellishment practices (oiling for emeralds, heat treatment for sapphires or rubies, bleaching for pearls). These enhancements are considered traditional and are accepted by the international gemstone and pearl trade. Consequently, these treatments are not mentioned in the catalog.
*All watches have been tested at the time of writing. Except for the mention of a mechanism "to be overhauled", the watches were functional. However, the accuracy of the movements is not guaranteed, nor is the operation of the watches beyond the date of sale.
