Buyers will pay the following fees and taxes in addition to the auction price:
- 12% VAT included in addition to the auction price: these reduced fees are indicated in the lot description.
- 27% VAT included in addition to bidding
Drouot Live platform fees: 1.5% excl. tax, i.e. 1.80% incl. tax.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS
Credit card debit authorizations given prior to the sale or to the online auction platforms will be debited for the winning bidders.
Credit card debit authorizations given by persons who have not won lots may appear as debits on certain online banking applications until the end of the guarantee period, which is a minimum of 7 days and varies from one bank to another. On "final" monthly bank statements, the deposit will no longer appear if it has not been used.
Deadline for submitting purchase orders and telephone line requests: May 7, 2026 before 15h.

Purchase orders below the low estimate will not be accepted.

Storage is free for the first 14 calendar days after the sale date. After this period, storage charges will be applied at the following rates:
- 1€ / 5€ / 10€ / 20€ per day, from the 15th calendar day, depending on the nature of the lot*.
*Very small: jewelry, books, unframed works on paper measuring less than A4
Small: paintings measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, light and small-sized lots.
Medium: paintings measuring over 1.5 m, small and heavy lots
Large: large and heavy lots, and large or multi-lot lots
Any purchase (even if paid for) not collected within one year of the sale will be considered abandoned.
*Gemstones and pearls may have undergone embellishment practices (oiling for emeralds, heat treatment for sapphires or rubies, bleaching for pearls). These enhancements are considered traditional and are accepted by the international gemstone and pearl trade. Consequently, these treatments are not mentioned in the catalog.
*All watches have been tested at the time of writing. Except for the mention of a mechanism "to be overhauled", the watches were functional. However, the accuracy of the movements is not guaranteed, nor is the functioning of the watches beyond the time of sale.
