SALES COSTS :
- 27% incl. VAT 27% incl. VAT or 14.28% incl. VAT for any legal lots marked with an asterisk (*).
- To this commission must be added the Live platform fees for Internet users concerned: 1.8% incl. VAT on Drouot Live and inter-auctions and 3.6% incl. VAT on Drouot Online.
CREDIT CARD DEBIT AUTHORIZATIONS
Credit card debit authorizations given prior to the sale or to the online auction platforms will be debited for bidders.
Credit card debit authorizations given by persons who have not won lots may appear as debits on certain online banking applications until the end of the guarantee period, which is a minimum of 7 days and varies from one bank to another. On "final" monthly bank statements, the guarantee will no longer appear if it has not been used.
Deadline for submitting purchase orders and telephone line requests: BEFORE 4 p.m. WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE SALE
S.V.V. Guillaume Le Floc'h does not guarantee to accept orders received after this deadline.
Purchase orders below the low estimate will not be accepted.

*We do not guarantee the condition of frames on delivery, unless this is mentioned in the painting's description. However, we will be happy to provide you with further information before the sale.
Storage is free for the first 14 calendar days after the sale date. After this period, storage charges will be applied at the following rates:
- 1€ / 5€ / 10€ / 20€ per day, from the 15th calendar day, depending on the nature of the lot*.
*Very small: jewelry, books, unframed works on paper measuring less than A4
Small: paintings measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, light and small-sized lots.
Medium: paintings measuring over 1.5 m, small and heavy lots
Large: large and heavy lots, and large or multi-lot lots
Any purchase (even if paid for) not collected within one year of the sale will be considered abandoned.
