Wooden core box decorated with curved plates in carved bone in bas-relief and marquetry alla certosina (missing and restored). Each plate depicts couples of a man and a woman one in front of the other, a man in front of a tree, the angles formed by architectural elements with bosses, the stepped lid with angels facing each other, the top handle, the base in flattened balls. Northern Italy, Venice, Embriachi workshop, second quarter of the 15th century.
