Bid online on Drouot Digital, by phone, or via a purchase order.


AUCTION FEES:

  1. 27% including tax or 14.28% including tax for any judicial lots marked with an asterisk (*).
  2. In addition to this commission, Live platform fees apply for participating online bidders: 1.8% including tax on Drouot Live and Interenchères Live, and 3.6% including tax on Drouot Online.


CREDIT CARD DEBIT AUTHORIZATIONS


Credit card authorization holds issued prior to the sale or to online auction platforms will be debited for the successful bidders.


Credit card authorization holds issued by individuals who did not win any lots may appear as debits oncertain online banking appsuntil the end of the guarantee period,which is at least 7 days and varies from bank to bank. On“final” monthly bank statements, the deposit will no longer appear if it was not used.



Deadline for submitting purchase orders and requests for telephone lines: BEFORE 4:00 P.M. ON THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE AUCTION

Purchase orders below the low estimate will not be accepted.

*We do not guarantee the condition of the frames upon delivery, unless otherwise noted in the painting’s description. However, we are available to provide you with information prior to the auction. 


Storage is free for the first 14 calendar days following the sale date. After this period, storage fees will apply at the following rates:


- €1 / €5 / €10 / €20 per day, starting on the 15th calendar day, depending on the type of lot*.


*Very small: jewelry, books, and unframed works on paper smaller than A4 size


Small: paintings measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, lightweight and small lots


Medium: paintings measuring more than 1.5 m, small but heavy lots


Large: large, heavy lots, and bulky lots or those consisting of multiple lots


Any purchase (even if paid for) not claimed within one year after the sale will be considered abandoned.

Sales conditions
