Credit card authorization amounts provided prior to the sale or to online auction platforms will be charged to the winning bidders.
Credit card authorization holds placed by individuals who did not win any lots may appear as debits oncertain online banking appsuntil the end of the hold period,which is at least 7 days and varies from bank to bank. On“final” monthly bank statements, the deposit will no longer appear if it was not used.

- Lots may be picked up at the Saint-Cloud auction house ONLY by appointment made on our website starting July 17, 2026 after you have received your auction receipt.

*The auction house is happy to share its observations regarding the operational condition of the watches’ mechanisms, but cannot guarantee the level of expertise of a watchmaker.
Specific Terms of Sale:
*Gemstones and pearls may have undergone enhancement treatments (oiling for emeralds, heat treatment for sapphires or rubies, bleaching for pearls). These enhancements are considered traditional and are accepted in the international trade in gemstones and pearls. Consequently, these treatments are not mentioned in the catalog.
*All watches were tested for proper functioning at the time this catalog was compiled. Unless a movement is noted as “requiring servicing,” the watches were in working order. However, the accuracy of the movements is not guaranteed, nor is the continued operation of the watches after the sale.
