Bid online at Drouot Digital, by phone, or via a buy-in order.

Sold by description; lots are held in storage. PICKUP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY; APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE.

In addition to the hammer price, buyers will pay the following fees and taxes:

1. 3.6% (including tax) in addition to the hammer price: these reduced fees are indicated in the lot description
2. 12% including tax on top of the hammer price: these reduced fees are indicated in the lot description
3. 27% including tax in addition to the hammer price

Drouot Live platform fees are additional: 1.5% excluding tax, or 1.80% including tax.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS

Credit card authorization holds provided prior to the sale or to online auction platforms will be charged to the winning bidders.

Credit card authorization holds issued by individuals who did not win any lots may appear as debits oncertain online banking appsuntil the end of the hold period,which is at least 7 days and varies from bank to bank. On“final” monthly bank statements, the deposit will no longer appear if it was not used.

Deadline for submitting purchase orders and requests for phone lines: May 7, 2026, before 3:00 p.m.

Purchase orders below the low estimate will not be accepted.

Storage is free for the first 14 calendar days following the sale date. After this period, storage fees will apply at the following rates:

- €1 / €5 / €10 / €20 per day, starting on the 15th calendar day, depending on the type of lot*.

*Very small: jewelry, books, and unframed works on paper smaller than A4 size

Small: paintings measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, lightweight and small-sized lots

Medium: paintings measuring more than 1.5 m, small-sized and heavy lots

Large: large, heavy lots, and bulky lots or those consisting of multiple lots

Any purchase (even if paid for) not claimed within one year after the sale will be considered abandoned.

*Gemstones and pearls may have undergone enhancement treatments (oiling for emeralds, heat treatment for sapphires or rubies, bleaching for pearls). These enhancements are considered traditional and are accepted in the international trade in gemstones and pearls. Consequently, these treatments are not mentioned in the catalog.

*All watches were tested for proper functioning at the time this catalog was compiled. Unless the mechanism was noted as “requiring servicing,” the watches were in working order. However, the accuracy of the movements is not guaranteed, nor is the continued functioning of the watches after the sale.
